The story of Pande Sons Group is a journey built on vision, sacrifice, hard work, and values passed down through generations.

Founded in 1967 by Late Mr. Trilokchand Pande, the group traces its roots back to a small village near Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Born on 13th July 1939 in Chapaner, Mr. Trilokchand Pande was a man far ahead of his time. At an age when higher education was uncommon, especially in smaller towns, he left home and moved to Aurangabad to pursue his studies. He completed his Masters in Law and earned an LLB degree, preparing for a promising legal career.

But destiny had different plans.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and the dream of creating something of his own, he chose not to pursue law. Along with his younger brother, Mr. Vardhaman Pande, he started a small trading business in Mondha, the old city of Aurangabad. What began as a modest shop dealing in steel and cement slowly transformed into a growing business built entirely on trust, commitment, and relentless hard work.

Over the years, through countless sacrifices and unwavering determination, the foundation of Pande Sons Group was laid. In 1971, Mr. Pankaj Pande, the youngest son of Mr. Trilokchand Pande, was born. Raised in Aurangabad, he completed his education in Commerce while simultaneously stepping into the family business at the young age of 15. From an early age, he immersed himself in the trade and gradually became one of the driving forces behind the company’s growth.

In 1984, Pande Sons Group was formally structured into two divisions — Steel and Cement. Today, the Steel Division is headed by Mr. Pankaj Pande, while the Cement Division is led by Mr. Niraj Pande.

Under the leadership of Mr. Pankaj Pande, the steel business evolved from a local dealership into a major steel supply network operating across Maharashtra. What once started as a single-person operation has now grown into an organization with dedicated Retail and Projects Divisions, serving developers, contractors, infrastructure projects, and industries across the state.

Beyond steel trading, carrying forward the entrepreneurial spirit of his father, Mr. Pankaj Pande also diversified into the real estate sector. He is a partner at Divine Ventures, an 82-acre township project, and at Trilok Buildcon, actively contributing to the residential real estate segment along with a diversified portfolio of land holdings across the city.

Today, the next generation is continuing this legacy. Mr. Rohan Pande, son of Mr. Pankaj Pande, has joined the family business and is leading the real estate wing, carrying forward the values and vision established decades ago.
